Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We wish you had a better experience while you were at Evonik. Although eight hours of overtime is built into the work schedule every other week, additional overtime is usually rare. However, we have had some additional overtime due to absences related to COVID-19. Thankfully, this is decreasing as the case count is dropping. We appreciate the dedication of our employees who stepped in to fill vacant positions. Our production employees undergo a very detailed training program and can advance through nine different wage progression steps. Our shifts follow the traditional 3-2-2-3 style common at most manufacturing employers in the region. We are proud to be one of the highest-paying employers in the area, and we have found that many employees love the flexibility that working only seven out of 14 days provides. In addition, we have a new site manager who has made great efforts to build a positive team culture!
