Good company to work for. Most of the employees get own office for work. Good cafeteria and gym in NJ headquarter. Great people that helping in all questions.

Cons

Most of the decisions are made in Germany. Lack of day to day communication between the colleagues as most of the people are sitting in own offices. Stable structure, not a lot of promotions
