      Pros

      Nice leadership and overall respectful company, but all up to individual supervisors. If you have great supervisor, you will get great career opportunities and advancement . Leadership are honest, truly want openness, speak straightforward with facts to employees during townhall meetings. No beating around the bushes and no bad surprises.

      Cons

      If your supervisor likes status quo, then you move nowhere. Due to this, lazy employees with supervisors who like status quo, also can keep doing bad work, then taking multiple unjustified sick leaves and neglect his/her work without consequences as long as she/ he can talk their way, even navigating their PIP with no further issues.
