No experience necessary - get in, work safe, all while learning an industrial trade. This crash coarse into chemical operations will be useful on future resumes.

Cons

Poor if any communication. Favoritism is rampant. Supervisors do not represent they're employees. Raises, well...good luck. No real system for advancement.
