      Big company which can handle some short term set backs. Extensive talent pool to tap into. A lot of opportunities for employees who are willing to learn, be flexible and show commitment.

      Big company with a lot of hierarchy and bureaucracy.

      They give awesome benefits programs and many incentives; like vacation and bonus program for all employees, no matter what the position.

      Cons

      Management is based in Germany so there are few job advancement opportunities unless you have a great degree in engineering.

      Upper management works very hard for the company and each employee. They lead well and have great ideas to promote site and individual growth!

      Cons

      It can be difficult to work and communicate within the organization because headquarters is located in Germany (ie. timezone differences, holiday schedules.)
