Works effectively within a team environment and can lead/influence focus program efforts as well as accomplish defined objectives/goals. Understands the needs and values of strategic business partnerships and has demonstrated the ability to establish/maintain these partnerships. Continuously, gets results by taking initiative, overcoming obstacles and finding creative solutions. Works with minimum supervision within established budget guidelines and adapts to rapidly changing business environments.

very relaxed workplace environment no work is incredibly time sensitive or high pressure co-workers are very helpful to new employees and overall incredibly friendly good communication across research groups great management

Cons

some days are slow and work can seem repetitive but this is rare
