At the same time, we require that each teammate be treated with dignity and respect in an environment free from any type of harassment or abuse; anything less should be brought to the attention of the manager or HR. You get to learn if you are in the right business line, great pay. You can make great connections and networking since it is a small company

Cons

You don’t have any benefits, you cannot take any courses or trainings, highly bureaucratic. It is hard for you to get hired afterwards
