Large company with various locations domestic & abroad and opportunity for movement across businesses.
Cons
Your experience will completely depend on who you work for and the head of your group. Some managers are great, other are really not and can make for a terrible working environment and overall misery across the team. The company doesn't really care for employees, and though they tout a great culture, it's all a facade and just for outward appearance unfortunately. Also, treatment varies globally drastically. Employees in Europe get far preferential treatment and benefits and nothing is done to somewhat even this out for the US employees.
