      Pros

      Flexi timings Espically it's good for sales people it has very less pressure compare to other manufacturers in industry no travel compulsions Saturday and Sundays off

      Cons

      All the business has different decisions making and no uniformity for same region operates..also in work wise its business specific ie one process is followed in one and not in other one Also non performer are keept as they are old in organizations that's must not be case but only performer must be kept
