      Pros

      Great co workers, competitive pay, overall a great career.

      Cons

      Unit management does not care about or support employees, they will force you to work without a care in the world about your family life. They use lying, bullying and belittling tactics to control employees. Management will hide & sweep major incidents under the rug as long as you’re their “favorite” even if it means neglecting safety. HR is aware and has documented complaints from former employees who were ran out of the unit by certain management and hasn’t taken appropriate action due to the same issues continuing.
