      Pros

      - Most of your colleagues will be of a higher quality if you land in the remaining one. - Canteen available (food is pretty decent, menu changes every day) - Islandwide transport

      Cons

      - Seeing about 80% of the rest of the people getting higher or equal pay while they work less than 10% of your workload (It is VERY evident on a daily basis, and noone wants to transfer to my plant)
