      The worst company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      - A lot of PTO compared to other companies - Great if you want a stagnant career with no advancement but low expectations, perfect for those that just want to "skate by" in life. -R&D is highly respected so hopefully you will work in that sector.

      Cons

      -Absolutely no communication whatsoever from higher-ups, info is dumped on you at last possible minute. -HR is non-existent despite having dozens of sectors devoted to it -IT is useless and relays all problems to contractors -Sales over promises -Shipping/Logistics is a nightmare and never keeps track of inventory correctly. -Process/Production/Project Engineers are the backbone of the entire company and are never shown any respect or gratitude despite being the ones who produce the products that keep everyone's paychecks rolling in
