      Once you know how to do your job, everyone pretty much leaves you alone

      Cons

      Decision making takes months and no one can come to agreement that they have the power to make the decision. Culture is poor, morale is low. Pay sucks for the amount of extra work they pile on your plate. Opportunities and promotions are few and far between even for the most qualified people.
