We always try to make pay equal but that is worked out on what the minimum wage is dependant on age of the colleague to meet the standard set by the government. The roles above are then worked out from that. We do though suggest you speak with your GM if you believe someone on the same level and in the same age bracket is being paid a different amount per hour. Cons

Don't really care about staff, will get rid of people just to save money even if it means more work for everyone else. Not really interested in customers, will give someone who is rude and complains a free membership to keep them quiet.
