Inexperienced and emotionally unintelligent managers that create tolerate a toxic work environment, driven by bias, reliant on exploiting under-18 workers. Underpinned by cronyism.

Easy to get to, free gym membership for yourself and another member of family, no prior experience needed, in bound leads

Cons

pay was poor to middling, not loads of opportunity for progression or additional learning.
