Pros

Training provided to move into other departments and areas. Opportunity to train to become a GM

Cons

Understaffed, Poor management. Too much marketing and not enough structure. System needs updating. Website is confusing. Company does not like to spend money on fixing things that NEED fixing.

Pros

30 minute unpaid break that you might not get.

Cons

Terrible management who are running the place into the ground and on a power trip. Fear is quickly installed into the staff (do more or get fired attitude) No appreciation shown to any staff and no support given whatsoever. Paying staff correctly and on time is also an on going issue.

Pros

Being able to make a difference to people's lives regarding their weight management and health.

Cons

there is a serious lack of progression on the health side of the company. This was only highlighted further by hiring managers that do not know about the service or the local area. Staff are underpaid and overworked, management try and sneak things through under the radar, such as changing working hours without discussing any details. There is a lack of actual people management and development. You are left to your own devices without any guidence or support apart from the odd service meeting where nothing is divulged. they take advantage of the low skill requirements for the job roles thus creating a high staff turnover. this all leads toa lack of respect for staff and makes them disposable.
