I suggest you have a chat with your line manager if you think things could be improved, I'm sure there may be support and training that can be given to ensure everyone plays their part in the team.

Sales roles have been very challenged in this current pandemic so sorry to hear you did not manage to get your commission. We do hope that life may settle down this year and roles can be more stabilised and not have as many changes as we have had in the past
