Friendly staff Friendly managers Free gym membership and great discounts on retail products. Managers are always giving you feedback on your work. Managers progress you as much as possible. All staff work together as a team and help each other out. Well organised company! Training opportunities always available.

Pros

It is a lovely company to work for and they do look after and support you. Any needs you may have they will help towards and they are very fair.

Cons

The only problem that I have found is the commission structure keeps on changing so you do not know where you stand.
