      As a contractor, the benefits are pretty abysmal, but that's expected.

      Great Subcontractor, very pleasant employer/employee relationship

      Apex is very responsive and engaging with its employees Pay is above average

      Cons

      Limited number of companies to have contracts with (Lockheed Martin mostly) Defense is very volatile, A job with Apex seems to last a maximum of 2 years with most of its employees. (Either contractor layoffs or LM full time hiring)
