      Pros

      They have their foot in the door of some good clients. I appreciate that they've built good rapport with their customers.

      Cons

      Not too impressive. Zero communication from my rep. Disappointing. When I worked for TekSystems, my rep used to call at least once every week or 2 and would take me out for lunch or drinks about once a month.

      Pros

      Good communication, you can usually call someone to get something done Salary is somewhat negotiable Will try to work with you; when things change they try to keep you employed

      Cons

      While the salary isn't bad, it's not the best Sometimes when talking to the managers you get the feeling you're not terribly important and they're trying to get you off the phone ASAP. Granted they're probably busy, but sometimes you feel under appreciated. No holidays period, whereas some contractors give holidays.

      Pros

      Your expectations are made known early on and you are rewarded for meeting them. The managers have "been there and done that" and can offer real wisdom.

      Cons

      Expected work day can get long and there is not much flexibility. The expectations can be demanding. High turnover due to hiring people that have not done recruiting before.
