      They find you employment where other agencies don't seem to want to work very hard They work with you to get all of your hiring paperwork filled out

      Cons

      Their billing practices are very confusing and difficult to understand

      Pros

      Decent training for new employees. Occasional team building events that let you interact with coworkers you enjoy. Opportunity to work with companies that you may not have the opportunity to work with otherwise.

      Cons

      Everything is micromanaged and almost all managers have a favorite that will get away with anything. Everything is money driven which comes from the top down and creates a volatile environment. Office management is very lackluster and inexperienced.

      Pros

      None - Wouldn't know since all I did was waste time answering their daily phone call updates.

      Cons

      Flat out lies about start dates. They will waste your time for weeks with phone calls and interviews, only to end up with nothing, even after promised a position. Total incompetence.
