      Recruiters found me for an engineering position that I had been outside my search. Time for breaks that were approved by management and the contract agency helped to even out the stresses completing the project. The project experience gained is a value to my background.

      Pros

      There are great people who work there and some training is provided. Company Christmas parties, group outings and incentives keep employee moral up

      Cons

      Limited training, management is only looking to better themselves, and the benefits/pay scale is not great compared to other staffing agencies.

      pretty good compensation, co-workers become your friends, health care benefits are great, very generous quarterly bonuses

      Cons

      crm (homegrown) is rather buggy and has some flaws - as the company gains so many users, this continue to be a bigger issue. new positions/structural changes seem a little arbitrary.
