Cons
Hostile work environment. Expected to be overworked without compensation. Managed by a journalism degree holding individual with an extreme lack of management experience. Nothing is confidential, for all employees to know and gossip about. Favors and gifts are given to the chosen few to help earn bonuses. Degrading discussions in public rather than behind-the-scenes....not that it would make it any better. Micro management is a go to approach by those with a lack of experience in such a role. Would not recommend to anyone with actual intelligence and potential. You will be held back.
