      Great company structure with a lot of opportunity for advancement. Competitive commission structure. Benefits are great as well.

      Pros

      Apex is a great company to work for, run by people who truly do the right thing. If you work hard and your work reflects it, you see the rewards. The culture fosters and helps you grow if you work for it. The leadership seems to respond best to people who make their desire for career growth at Apex known. There are certainly no hand-outs here but there is plenty of proof that working hard is rewarded in salary and incentives.

      The pay should be more competitive.

      Pros

      I love working for Apex Life Sciences! Management is great and is always willing to help/answer any questions. Company culture is very positive and supportive! A lot of room for advancement in the company since it is constantly growing. The benefits and commission percentages are great as well. Apex Life Sciences definitely takes care of their employees!

      Cons

      More management in other offices would be helpful! But since Apex Life Sciences is constantly growing in other locations, it will take time to achieve that.
