Pros
Great benefits, amazing pto, more holidays off than really necessary. Growing company. For the most part it's a chill environment
Cons
Horrible management, if you are not in with the "in" crowd you will not go far, no room for growth, office politics is bad, it's like a professional high school with the gossip, metrics and numbers are more important than anything else. The pay is pretty bad compared to other competitors.
