Pros

Great training program (in Virginia). Uncapped commission. Friendly environment and perks (group activities, Christmas party, charity events, Sales trips)

Cons

The junior level workers are treated like junior candidates. Not alot of wiggle room or independence. Sometimes the commission had to be taken out of one persons account and they would randomly pick the person, seemed pretty unfair.

Good business processes and consultant interface made the payroll and benefits easy to deal with.

Cons

Good clients but the account executive did not have a close relationship so the contract ended unexpectedly.
