Pros

Friendly coworkers Good team building & atmosphere Nice office

Cons

Only care about the bottom line. Expected to be a part of the entire sales cycle as an Account Manager. Very micromanaging. They will fire you if you don’t pass the test out after training. Even if you show up early and leave late every day and make good relationships in the office… you will be let go if you can’t get up to speed fast enough.

Pros

The majority of people you actually work with are very nice.

Cons

My former supervisor Andrew Hess who actually has nothing to do with the engineering work, is just an emailer/pencil pusher (the most useless middle man of all time) would constantly call me up to harass me, aggressively accusing me of not working at all or that my work was not good enough. Everyone that I've done work for at the company and worked closely with said otherwise, that I did fine work. I don't know how a person who treats their employees this way got put in this position but stay far away. I am so relieved to not have to deal with him anymore.
