      Great culture! They do a lot to show their employees that they are appreciated and there is always something fun going on. Tons of growth potential.

      Cons

      Not the best starting salary, but lots of room to move up and get raises as soon as 3 months after you start

      Excellent atmosphere, fair compensation, small company feel, and attentive management. Concerns can be expressed without fear.

      Cons

      No option for permanent telecommuting offered for my department.

      - Outstanding Leadership: They are very involved and always there when you need them. They give you the resources you need, and set you up for success - but, won't micromanage you. - Great Coworkers: everyone works very hard, but knows how to have fun - Gorgeous Office - Provides many resources for New Grads and continuous development - Apex has shaped who I am as a professional and I wouldn't trade my experience for anything.

      Cons

      - Commute can be tough, but that's common in Chicago.
