Whether hired as an Account Manager or a recruiter , they see you as a chess piece . If you don't make them money right away , you become less than mothing in their eyes . The favoritism that is shown to the select few "top performers " is despicable and does not produce productivity or positivity for the rest of the team . The culture at Apex , internally is extremely sales driven , male dominated (even if your a male yourself you feel it) and extremely toxic . If this does not match your personality please don't waste your time . They paint a pretty picture you can make so much money with them and it's total garbage when you aren't given a real chance to succeed . There is no work life balance and the stress level is through the roof.
