      Poorly managed company that only looks for “right out of school” recruiters/ account managers

      Pros

      Opportunity to make a good amount of money. Some fun activities like happy hours and team building activities. Office space is fine. Kind of small for the amount of people in there but it’s fine.

      Cons

      Turn them and burn them mentality-Right before i left i found out that my branch had a 50% turnover ratio within the first year. Poor management-there were a number of times i was caught in ethical dilemmas due to management saying/doing something. The things that occurred would have made a company terminate that individual immediately. This did not happen here. Lack of work/life balance-no flexibility here. You were treated like a middle schooler with hall passes. No trust from management. Frat boy mentality-yes, happy hours were fun but management would let people get out of control. People would completely back out from drinking.
