      Bare Minimum

      Pros

      They are a big talent acquisition group. All the set up is very automated. If you have the $ rate you want from them and you want to work and go home with nothing fancy and no communication they can be a fast rout to a role.

      Cons

      They are a recruiting company not a contracting company they claim to be. They get you in the door one time and that's it. When they loose the contract its unlikely they have a role open and are ready to funnel you to something else. - Poor benefits. 401 match starts january after your 1 year mark so could take a couple years. Health is over 300$ a month might as well buy personal Health insurance. -Their cut seems to be over 45%. Not super great at negotiating the highest rate for you since they generally work in group deals and if you are at the higher end you will get under sold. -They are only talent acquisition no technical support or development from their end, so don't expect any job related support other than being paid and an occasional "how are you doing" email.

      A good company with some minor flaws

      Pros

      - Mostly left alone with no micro management. - Good contacts with very quick response times with any questions or concerns.

      Cons

      - PTO System - Lack of education opportunities (like Udemy or any online training courses) offered.
