      We have evolved to offer more specialized consulting services offerings, and have a large client base who have been long term partners of apex

      Cons

      We are not comped for all the responsibilities that we are required to manage. Account Managers make the highest $$ due to commissions while client directors quarterback majority of the deals and only recieve their bonus (which is half of our pay) if we are growing significantly YOY

      Overall happy as far as contracting goes, but the health benefits are horrible

      Pros

      I'm overall happy with Apex and am really enjoying the role, and the pay is adequate but less than I have made before the 2023 IT labor market crash. I would give it 3.5 stars but that's not an option.

      Cons

      The healthcare benefits are horrendous.
