Pros

Quick hiring process, ability to earn a lot of the conditions are right. Lots of team building that almost always involves free alcohol.

Cons

Force you to make a decision and start quickly. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door and then it’s all downhill. Very catty environment. If AMs don’t like you, you won’t make any money. Hours are insanely long and you are expected to work constantly.

Pros

You can make great money, they really invest in you and train you and set you up for success. Unlike a lot of staffing firms the work/life balance was very good. They were understanding of family obligations.

Cons

They way women are treated is horrible and it is generally accepted by everyone. If you go to HR you will be punished for it professionally. One of their mottos is "do the right thing," but I felt the integrity was lacking. I don't think it is the fault of any individual, but that the overall culture did not foster "doing the right thing" when it comes to protecting women in the workplace.

Pros

Great opportunity to make lots of money and great job for someone right out of college.

Cons

Very cliquish and old school corporate mentality I didn't feel like i was part of the team. Management turned a blind eye when reqs or subs were taken by a "lead" recruiter because they were able to work reqs around the system had good relationships with AM's. That makes recruiters not want to work on reqs or not be motivated to work on old reqs. Heavy micro management and some leadership shouldn't be in management. They're the reason why there is heavy turn over.
