Fun team/culture, new daily challenges with the nature of our work, base salary to cover the base expenses in life + no cap on commissions once you get the ball rolling

Cons

Some of our systems and internal processes need tweaking to eliminate administrative tasks, allowing those in front office production based roles to max relationship building and productivity.

Co. won't pay holiday pay ..after 13 month of contract,

don't see any pros.. They try to re-negotiate rate once selected by end client. it was only when I said won't join.. they paid what was agreed.

Cons

I think I got a raw deal with the co. I did not get my holiday pay after 13 month of work. stringent sick leave rule.. was not paid for Covid testing. Total : IMO - lost 35 day of leave did not get paid. I do plan to follow up with EDD. As per their HR you have to complete a year to get holiday pay and holiday pay is only paid if you still on co. employment till Dec.
