-Good way to get in the door -Hands off once you're hired -very helpful with hiring process gives benefits

Cons

-the hands off approach goes a little too far when it comes to questions about referral bonuses -No PTO unless negotiated up front

Cons

The base pay is 82k which is less than the poverty line in San Francisco.
