      Pros

      They have everything a consultant wants - benefits, clients, etc.

      Cons

      Since my last opportunity ended, trying to get in touch with the recruiter has been troublesome since he wont return calls, texts, etc as i've given them multiple years at various clients with no issues.

      No services systems, methodology in flux. Junior resources with no consulting skills.

      Great place to work as a contractor

      You don't get a yearly increase in pay as a contractor.
