      A great place to work

      Pros

      I started right out of college and they provide good job training. The environment was very fun and the team got along well. The company has a whole wants to help you develop your career and they take extra care to provide DEI. They are really good at recognizing achievements both personal and professional

      Cons

      With it being a national company it’s sometimes hard to stand out but if you have good leadership like I did then they will push for your recognition
