Pros
Good pay and they gave good incentives if you complete a task on the app that they provide.
Cons
My major con is that you don't get any vacation time until after 5 years. You will get a couple of hours every few months but that's all you really get until you've been with the company for 5 years. So if you were to get sick or need some paid time off you have no way to pay for it because they don't give you any of that. Payroll is a nightmare if you ever need to call them. And it seems like every other week I have some problem with my paycheck. But this could all be from the management. They do not offer a lot of employer contribution for your 401k
