Pros

Monday-Friday, mornings and very little after hours/weekends.

Cons

Everything goes back to CYA from the safety policies, audits, purchasing kickbacks, etc.

Pros

They landed a contract with Microsoft, so the free food and coffee was a huge perk. Pay was decent.

Cons

No clear on boarding process for AV You still have to do kitchen training required of catering staff Since there are no higher ups with AV experience, middle managers with no experience are also hired. The AV side of this company focuses on wedging itself into anything it can profit off of, without care for supporting the work they’re hired to do.
