-Always severely understaffed
-Not allowed to accept tips
-You will work an average of 9+ hours everyday (most likely MORE if someone spontaneously walks out, which happens often because it's a horrendous working environment) on your feet, running around CONSTANTLY, often with only ONE 30 minute unpaid lunch break
-Cross-training where you consistently do a job everyday that you weren't hired for and you never get a pay raise
-Stingy on overtime even though always, ALWAYS understaffed to an unhealthy degree
-Mangers never listen
-Managers lie about pay
-No ventilation or windows
-It took a year of working here to convince them to give us rubber mats
-You will serve (no exaggeration) over 600+ people EVERY SINGLE DAY, 5 DAYS A WEEK with only 2 other co-workers
-If a co-worker is out, you're screwed; you will receive no help because Barista is the only position no one is made to cross-train in
-Managers never communicate; if one tells you to do something, the others most likely don't know about it and you WILL get chewed out about it later on in the day, even though you were just following orders
-Management tries to pit employees against each other under the guise of reinstating new rules
-With no warning, you may be sent off to another building to permanently work there (you will often get no say in the matter, if you want to keep your job)
-If you put in a two-weeks notice of leaving the company, you may be let go earlier due to petty management ("You're leaving the family")
-Managers know majority of their employees have to stay on due to bills/supporting their families, but they make no move to make the working environment even SLIGHTLY more tolerable
