They don't give good raises

Pros

They pay you on time

Cons

It doesn't matter if you are the best employee there, you will only get a 1-2% pay increase a year. Not much room to advance at all. If you start off as anything on the ground floor, good luck buddy! People keep their jobs till they die. Plus with the pandemic, the company feels that any establishment has too many employees anyway.

Pros

Reasonable wage okay benefits. The executives and the higher-up managers are personable and approachable when and if you meet them.

Cons

No or inadequate communication which is specific to my location not the US community. There's a prohibitively long waiting period before benefits and sick pay kick in. This is illegal here in California. It took going to lots of red tape to fix.
