incompatent management, didnt do theyre job say theyre on the way with things we needed show up 3 hours later

Steady hours, no over time. Easy schedule.

Cons

Very little overtime to compensate for slow periods where there is less than 40 hours. Base pay does not cover your bills. Fussy customers in an open dining area require an even keeled disposition.
