Pros

Mostly nights holidays and weekends off, freedom to change menus good hours if not a lot of catering

Cons

Long hours, upper management doesn't provide feedback unless its negative, can be hard if you're not on the good side of upper management. Heavy college recruitment and if your not from that college you could be seen as an outsider

Pros

Gain experience in the field Work and activities focused on Clinical Nutrition Meet new people and contacts that you can later get in touch with to find more job opportunities

Cons

Salary Days off only during the week (not weekend) and just one day off per week Tough environment, people who works in the kitchen usually have a lot of time working there so they try to test you in many ways.
