Not a good company to work for

Pros

You learn how to work like a slave , there is very little good about working for a Eurest except decent hours.

Cons

You learn to hate companies like these. They expect a lot more than they pay you. They squeeze your life out of you. You feel like you work 16 hours in 8 hours.

Not very interesting

Pros

Most weekends off, no late nights, good benefits, discount program, decent pay, good group of associates that we hired, extra training available

Cons

Seemed to get lost in the sea of people, very numbers driven, food just below avg, upper management not considerate of your personal time, not a good onboarding process (here's the keys, now hit your numbers)

Pros

Sad, not too many pros to list. They are desperate to hire new employees due to people constantly quiting. So, if you need a job now...your probably hired on spot!

Cons

Horrible pay, lack of structure, no team effort, not enough employees to keep customers happy.
