The pay is absolutely terrible. No bonuses are given no matter how many years you've worked there. Unless it's a sign on bonus, and most people only stick around to get the sign on bonus, then they dip out. Management at current location can be chill during shifts, but if you call out enough times, even if you're sick, they'll write you up for it or pull you in the office to scold you.
Upper management has absolutely no care for you whatsoever, wont even really give you the time of day. All they care about is if you have memorized their stupid and pointless "7 Rules to remember for customer service." Again, no bonuses, Employee of the month is often forgotten about and the reward is the same "everybody participates plaque". Pay raises come once a year, and it's only 25 cents more an hour, sometimes only 10. NO ONE in the kitchen is allowed to make more than $20 an hour. An absolute joke, and I;m only holding out to be accepted into a full time/part time position with Navy Federal.
