Challenging work environment, growth opportunity , corporate support, dependability , weekday schedule, weekends and holidays off, working with world class systems

Cons

Bonus structure for unit level, working hours, strict company roles regarding menus and recipes, minimal flexibility. Client input on daily operations, auto shipments of products that increases inventory and not moving,. Limited access to available items from distributors

Pros

Not having to work the weekends and the holidays.

Cons

Always working short-handed. They expect you to get everything done without wanting you to work overtime. Lack communication and leadership! Have to work too many hours to accumulate vacation and sick days

difficult clients, my manager lived across the country and I never met him only had phone/email communication
