Pros

Insurance, vacation, not much else that is pro for this company.

Cons

I was in upper management at one of their top contracts at Boeing. As the upper management has been in place for years there is much nepotism within their ranks. There is lip service only during managers meetings where they give accolades for what managers do. Outside the meeting the upper management team demeans the managers they do not like and will not support them. There is discrimination due to this...one manager will screw up and never be disciplined where if another manager has a similar screw up they will get written up. This goes for hourly's too. If the upper management does not like an hourly they put pressure on their manager to get rid of them. They boast work/life balance and once your in the system plan on working 12 to 14 hour days plus weekends! They are all about the bottom line. Not a good place to work ...hostile work environment.

Pros

Weekends and major holidays off, steady schedule, benefits

Cons

I started working here in 2014 management treats you like dirt. The executive at my first account was condescending and extremely rude.I was given a sheet of paper on my first day to learn my job.A year after I walked into work and was told I was being transferred to another account and into a job I had no experience in whatsoever.I started off as a cashier and became a dishwasher/cook/cashier/assistant in a year after transferring. No notice or prior training!I thought the grass was greener. It was not.Violation of numerous health standards in my second place.Unauthorized cleaning chemicals were being used for cleaning, things weren't being sanitized, lack of safety equipment (i.e. oven mitts, burn sleeves, cutting gloves, hair nets etc).Lord knows I've had my share of oil burns from people carelessly throwing tenders into the deep fryer, burns from the oven,a nicks from cutting food. The Executive Chef from my last account was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He loved playing favorites among the employees. He talked so much smack about the other workers with the other employees.I don't doubt he did the same to me after I quit. The day I quit handled it very unprofessionally.I was cussed at,called all sorts of names, and threatened. He openly flirts with the customers. If you get sick don't expect them to let you see a doctor. They are more concerned about making their money than an employee who is helping make this happen.Upper management doesn't give a hoot about you either. When you try to complain to upper management. They turn their cheek and ignore you.DO NOT WORK HERE.
