      Pros

      Good work like balance, holidays, nights and weekends off for foodservice is gold.

      Cons

      Typical corporate, beureaucratic by nature, alot of good intentions but not alot of follow up if it doesnt hit a KPI. Might be unique to region, but been told to work alot of nights and weekends lately. Told, not asked.

      Hours are great. Pay is every week. Great coworkers

      Cons

      The company has a policy that isn't known until after you have been hired for another Compass branch that states you can only get 40 hours a week between both places and you will get a combined check for both places.
