Challenging work environment, growth opportunity , corporate support, dependability , weekday schedule, weekends and holidays off, working with world class systems

Cons

Bonus structure for unit level, working hours, strict company roles regarding menus and recipes, minimal flexibility. Client input on daily operations, auto shipments of products that increases inventory and not moving,. Limited access to available items from distributors

You get to work with people from different walks of life. The hours worked around my school schedule when needed.

Cons

Management not knowledgeable of policies. Blaten favoritism and abuse of authority to those that don't stand up for themselves.
