Pros

Company gives great detail in job description. Regular pay comes on time. Immediate boss was very accommodating for time needed off.

Cons

We could have used more staffing during larger catering events to take the pressure off. Would have been a good idea to enlarge kitchen area, and give better equipment to work with. Holiday pay for all at Thanksgiving did not show up until the following pay period. If there are issues in the kitchen between staff would have been nice if management took care of it instead of telling us all to work it, they did not have time to deal with it. When someone is let go they should be given at least a two weeks notice. When there one person was let go upon coming in to clock in. Due to another staff member returning from sick leave. Made a very hard day for all of us to see that happen like that.
